SmackDown (2/19/19)- #KOFIMANIA

WWE continues to promote its NXT talent while SmackDown continues pushing a deserving veteran talent. SmackDown Thoughts (Recorded as show aired 2/19/19) - Shane McMahon comes out first to start the show. While he is coming out, we get highlights of the great performance Kofi Kingston gave during the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match. The men in that match will be facing off in a 6-Man Tag Match. Shane announces that the NXT stars that were on Raw will be on SmackDown tonight. The Miz comes out and interrupts. Miz tells Shane that he's been guilt-ridden since losing the SmackDown Tag Team Championships at the Elimination Chamber Match. Miz lets Shane in on a secret: Miz used Shane. He goes over the history of their team, including Miz's Dad coming out. Miz let Shane down at Elimination Chamber. Miz wants a rematch despite there being no "automatic rematches" anymore. (Tell Ruby Riott that. You can lose in 2 minutes and get a rematch the next night.)...

**Spoilers** Pro Wrestling Crate February 2019 Review

I just received my Pro Wrestling Crate for February 2019. Just going to quickly review what was in the crate. Obviously, there will be spoilers. So, if you do not want to be spoiled, stop now. Here's a picture of the crate itself The Theme of the Pro Wrestling Crate this month was "For The Love of Hearts, It's Valentine's Day" Crate. This Month's Charity: Owen Hart Foundation.  I didn't know this before getting the crate, but I'm even more glad now that I realize a portion of the proceeds went to a foundation named after such a talented legend. Long Live The King of Harts In Our Hearts. Speaking of Harts, here's Owen's big brother Bret in the first T-Shirt for this Crate The second shirt is for NXT (WWE) star Johnny Gargano. OW! Have Mercy! It's a Dude Love Pin! And with this, I officially have completed The Golden Lovers. It's a Kota Ibushi Micro Brawler! For all of us fans that love B...

Facebook Page Now Open

What's up everyone? I've been using Twitter and Pinterest to share the posts I've been writing. I originally was using Google+ as well, but I think tumbleweeds are currently rolling there. (I might as well be using MySpace at this point.)  So, I've decided to branch out to another social media: Facebook. Go to the following link for the Facebook Page:  https://m.facebook.com/UnWrest/   (If you don't like the mobile version, just search for UnWrest on your Facebook page on your computer.) I'm trying to use Facebook to share not only posts that I'm writing on here but also quick thoughts about breaking news that happens during the day and other updates. Yesterday, I shared Wrestling Inc.'s report on DX's induction into the WWE Hall of Fame. I gave my opinion on what that could mean for the future of WWE Hall of Fame inductions. The Facebook page is meant to be extra to what I'm doing here at this website. This website will continue t...

Raw (2/18/19)- A Rest Area on The Road to WrestleMania

On the Road to WrestleMania, WWE decided to use Raw as a Rest Area. WWE Raw 2/18/19 WWE; USA Raw Thoughts (Written on 2/18/19 as Raw Aired) - Triple H comes out and puts over the feeling of the Road to WrestleMania. He reviews some of the bigger matches from last night's Elimination Chamber Match. He then transitions to the Rousey-Becky-Charlotte segment from last night. Professionally, he'll sue and prosecute her. Personally, he thought it was cool. Then, he talks about the announcement that DX will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. He talks about pouring gas on the fire. He oversees NXT as well as Raw and SmackDown. Good NXT chant. He announces the people who will be making their debuts tonight from NXT: Ricochet, Aleister Black, Johnny Gargano, and Tommaso Ciampa. Triple H then announces the next match... A Tables Match between Braun Strowman and Baron Corbin. (Good segment to start the show, I suppose. It gets the audience caught up on what happened, and i...

Elimination Chamber 2019- Chamber Matches Deliver; Book Kofi vs. Bryan Now!

New Women's Tag Team Champions crowned, a child being announced to the world, The Man getting her revenge, and Kofi Kingston putting on another great performance. This is the story of WWE's 2019 rendition of the Elimination Chamber PPV. WWE Network; WWE WWE Elimination Chamber 2019 Houston, TX 2/17/19 Pre-Show WWE Cruiserweight Championship Buddy Murphy (c) vs. Akira Tozawa The bell rings. Arena is still partly empty. In other words, it is a true 205 Live match. Murphy shrugs off the chops of Tozawa. They fight on the floor, and Murphy chops the ring post by accident. Murphy plants Tozawa back in the ring, but he gets rolled to the floor. Tozawa dives at Murphy, but Murphy holds him in place and delivers a brainbuster on the floor. Tozawa rolls in at 9. Murphy continues to no sell the chops. We go double screen to see New Day's locker room. Kayla tries to get an interview with Kofi, but Xavier and Big E do the talking for him. Back on the other side of th...

Elimination Chamber (2017)- He Had The Whole World In His Hands

The Elimination Chamber has been used to settle disputes and determine World Champions. But for most of its run, it has also helped settle what will comprise one of the big matches at WrestleMania. Very rarely, however, does someone shock the world in winning the championship. Usually, the champion or a huge name (or "Chosen One") wins the match to set up a marquee match at WrestleMania. This edition of Elimination Chamber was unique in that it determined a WWE Champion, helped set the stage for a WrestleMania World Championship match, and pushed someone that had never been WWE Champion up to that point. In a brand new Elimination Chamber, someone finally had the whole world in his hands. WWE Elimination Chamber 2017 Phoenix, Arizona 2/12/2017 Elimination Chamber Match WWE Championship John Cena (c) vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt vs. Baron Corbin vs. AJ Styles vs. The Miz This is the debut of the new Elimination Chamber structure. It's 24 Ft. high and weig...

Elimination Chamber (2019) Predictions

This can be a good show. Or this could be another hard show to sit through. Either way, here are my predictions for tonight's Elimination Chamber event. Pre-Show WWE Cruiserweight Championship Buddy Murphy (c) vs. Akira Tozawa I don't watch 205 Live. Therefore, I'm going with the only guy who makes 205 Live matches watchable the one time a month I get to see them. Prediction: Buddy Murphy retains. Main Show 1) Handicap Match WWE Intercontinental Championship Bobby Lashley (c) and Lio Rush vs. Finn Balor The "Wee Little Man" that was given a playhouse months ago and fed to Brock Lesnar last month will fall again on this show. Bobby Lashley has little to nothing going for him as Intercontinental Championship, but that's better than what Finn Balor has gotten in a year or so. Balor will likely take the Intercontinental Championship eventually. But he'll have to do it with a little face paint on and the smoke and mirrors. It's the only part of him...
